Gel-X is also a great option if your long-term goal is growing your natural nails while enjoying length in the meantime.

Life happens—we’ve all been there!

Repairs requested within 72 hours of your original appointment due to product-related issues will be evaluated at no charge. Repairs after 72 hours or due to accidental damage begin at $8 per nail, depending on the repair needed.

Studio Etiquette

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Running behind? Please send me a text! Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service depending on the remaining appointment time.

No-Shows

No-shows leave empty spots that could have been offered to another client. Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee and future bookings requiring full prepayment.

Guests

You’re welcome to bring up to two guests, who are welcome to relax in the waiting area.

If you’re bringing little ones, please bring snacks, toys, or activities to help keep them entertained. Because this is a shared studio, I kindly ask that guests remain in the waiting area and limit movement throughout the suite to respect everyone’s workspace and create a relaxing environment for all clients.

Whenever possible, I encourage making your appointment a little “you time.” If childcare isn’t available, no worries—just send me a quick message beforehand so I know to expect extra guests.
